What types of accommodation can I book at the property?
Le Villarel establishment will have 5 accomodations by 2027/2028:
- Le Chateau (18 people) - Available for booking
- La Bergerie (8 people) - Available for booking
- Le Mazet (4 people) - Available for booking
- La Grange (6 people) - Opening planned for 2027
- L'Atelier (10 people) - Opening planned for 2028
For the rental of several accomodations, we invite you to contact us directly.
The hamlet can be fully privatized from 2027/2028, with the possibility of renting a 130 m² reception room with its 5-bed dormitory.
How can I book my stay?
Reservations can be made directly on our website www.levillarel.fr, by email at levillarel@gmail.com , by phone at 06 20 96 80 96 , or on the main booking platforms (Booking, AirBNB, etc.).
Can I pay with holiday vouchers?
We do not accept holiday vouchers at this time.
What are the arrival and departure times?
- Arrivals : between 3pm and 6pm.
- Departure : until 11am.
- You can add the late check-out/late departure option when booking, allowing you to extend your stay until 4pm for an additional fee.
What are the reception hours?
Our team is available every day from 9am to 6pm .
Conditions for modifying or cancelling your stay
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : Full refund, except for the deposit (20%).
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival : 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival : No refund or postponement possible. The full amount of the reservation is due.

Is Villarel suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. We provide a baby kit (travel cot, high chair) upon request. Games are also available in the cottages. Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
Is Villarel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The ground-floor bedroom of Le Château is equipped for people with reduced mobility. If you have a temporary or permanent disability, please contact us so we can adapt your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Animals are not allowed in the establishment, except for guide dogs for the blind or assistance dogs.
