What types of accommodation can I book at the property?
The Villarel establishment will have 5 gîtes by 2027/2028:
- Le Chateau (18 people) - Available for reservation
- La Bergerie (8 people) - Available for reservation
- Le Pigeonnier (4 people) - Opening planned for 2025
- La Grange (4 people) - Opening planned for 2027
- L'Atelier (10 people) - Opening planned for 2027
For rentals of several gîtes, we invite you to contact us directly.
The hamlet will be available for full privatisation by 2027/2028, with the possibility of renting a 120 m² reception room.
How can I book my stay?
Reservations can be made directly on our website www.levillarel.fr , by email at levillarel@gmail.com , by phone at 06 20 96 80 96 , or on the main booking platforms (Booking, AirBNB, etc.).
Can I pay with holiday vouchers?
We do not currently accept holiday voucher payments.
What are the arrival and departure times?
- Arrivals : between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
- Departure : until 11 a.m.
- You can add the late check-out option when booking, allowing you to extend your stay until 4 p.m. for an additional fee.
What are the reception hours?
Our team is available every day from 9am to 6pm .
Conditions for modifying or canceling your stay
- Cancelation more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, except for the deposit (20%).
- Cancelation between 15 and 30 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancelation less than 15 days before arrival: No refund or postponement possible. The full amount of the reservation is due.

The price includes:
- Access to the gîte and private or shared outdoor spaces (depending on schedule)
- A parking space nearby
- Bed and bathroom linen
- End-of-stay cleaning
Is Villarel suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. We provide a baby kit (travel cot, high chair) upon request. Toys are also available in the cottages. Children are under the responsibility of their parents.
Is the Villarel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The Grange and the ground floor bedroom of the Chateau are designed to be accessible by people with reduced mobility. If you have a temporary or permanent disability, please contact us so we can adapt your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Animals are not allowed in the establishment, except guide dogs or assistance dogs.
